The hotel offers a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline from its rooms, which made for a great backdrop during my stay.

There was a noticeable gap under the door to our room that let in sound and light from the hallway, which disrupted our sleep, especially late at night.

Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was disruptive at night, and the staff was unresponsive to my late-night concerns.

Noise travels easily from the hallway and neighboring rooms. A gap beneath the door lets in light and sound. Breakfast turned out to be truncated, leading to confusion and inconveniences regarding hours. Limited functionality on the "smart" TV and no ice containers available in the room required extra trips to get basic amenities.

Our family enjoyed a spacious room, ideal for unwinding after exploring the city. Despite the noise issues that disrupted our rest, we appreciated the clean facilities and the nearby Sicilian restaurant with delicious options. Next time, we’ll aim to catch breakfast early to avoid missing out!

I loved the great view of the Manhattan skyline and the cozy room that made me feel right at home. The location feels unsafe with trash everywhere!!! Ice machines lack storage bags and require frequent trips to the front desk!!! The smart TV is frustratingly limited!!!
